Mo here with some smashing nutritional news.

It's about Turmeric, the spice the Eastern countries use a lot of-in curries, preserving, cooking & even skin & beauty. It's been found to decrease symptoms and spread of many diseases as arthritis, GI disorders, diabetes, gonorrhea, Alzheimer's, muscle cramps in athletes and UV protection from the sun. Nutrition Ideas that are simple and good:
1. Drink 1-2 quarts of water (filtered) daily
2. Eat 5-7 servings of produce (leafy vegetables have been shown to increase cognitive ability 30%)
3. Eat Omega 3 Fatty Acids (1/2 cup of nuts & seeds as flax, chia, pumpkin, walnut)- Make your own butter with olive oil in a blender, no salt seasoning & nuts/seeds)
4. Eat grains in natural state ( no hulls)
5. Herbs like Rosemary, Peppermint, Oregano and others boost vitality.
